Q: Does updating Unit Mate delete or change my custom units?
A: NO , your custom units will not be affected upon updating
Q: I am not a registered user , may I update my Unit Mate?
A: NO , Updating Service is only available for registered users
Q: I registered right now , but still cannot update my Unit Mate!
A: You should wait about 12-24 hours until you are able to use Updating Service
Q: How often Currency Exchange rates are updated?
A: Currency Exchange rates are updated at least once a day
Q: Updating today took only a second while yesterday it took too long to update!
A: Usually updating don't take long  but some times there is a lot of Units additions  so it takes more time to be updated
Q: I am using a firewall software, can I update my Unit Mate?
A: YES , usually a firewall software takes for your permission (for the first time) to let a certain program accesses internet ,if you answer YES : Unit Mate will be able to access Updating Service
Q: Should I restart Unit Mate after updating?
A: NO , changes are applied instantly
Q: My Currency is not in the list , My currency equals ".045" of Euro , can I add it to Currencies list
A: YES , You can add your Custom Currency to currencies list and bind it to Euro
Q: I need all values to be shown in Scientific notation (e.g. 1.008e3)
A: Click Options , select  these two values to be equal (e.g. zeros):
"Values smaller than this value will be shown in Scientific notation format:" and "Values smaller than this value will be shown in Scientific notation format:"
Q: Is there any shortcut to search for units?
A: YES, press "Ctrl-F" or "ALT-I" to open the "Find Units" window
Q: When I click "Find" the selection of "Show Common Units" is changed to "All Units" ?
A: This is by design , All Units are shown because search should be applied to all units not only common units
Q: I don't need all Categories to be displayed , I only need a few of them , what to do?
A: Click "Options" , in the part of "Categories and Units to be displayed" choose your preferred categories
Q: When I open the program I need that the Category "Currency" to be selected and the Unit "EUR" to be selected , and the program should open up at the up right corner of the screen (or on a second screen) showing other values of a certain selected Currencies , What to do?
A: To select your preferred Currencies (refer to previous question) , then in Main Window  select the Category "Currency"  and the Unit "EUR" and position the program's widow at the up right corner of the screen (or on a second screen)  and resize it to your preferred size , so upon opening the program any time it will open up at the same position with the same size displaying the same (but updated) information
Q: In my country we don't use "," as thousand separator , how to change it?
A: Unit Mate automatically detects your system's thousand separator and uses it 
Q: I don't want decimal places to be shown , what to do ?
A: Click Options and type "0" as "Number of decimal places"
